About Us
Sadie Paschke founded Anthralytic to make impact strategy accessible to mission-driven teams traditionally left out of data and evaluation spaces. With 15 years of experience leading multimillion-dollar initiatives across global development, government, and nonprofits, she saw how strategy firms often act as gatekeepers—offering essential tools at a price out of reach for smaller organizations.
Anthralytic was created to change that, combining expert consulting with practical, AI-enhanced tools to help social impact teams clarify goals, measure what matters, and build lasting internal capacity. Anthralytic's work supports changemakers—especially those without formal training in strategy or data—to define and communicate their impact with confidence.

Who We Serve
We believe data systems should serve everyone, not just those with technical expertise or big budgets.
That’s why we build inclusive, community-centered strategies and tools for learning and impact.
We partner with organizations advancing equity, justice, and community well-being
—especially those historically excluded from traditional tools and support:
Grassroots and early-stage organizations with limited resources
Social impact teams needing better access to data, measurement, and strategy
Funders and intermediaries building capacity across networks
Public and quasi-public agencies focused on improving community outcomes
Our Values
We believe in:
Accessibility
We believe strategy and data tools should be usable by everyone—not just those with big budgets or technical teams.
Equity
We center lived experience and build systems that are inclusive, participatory, and accountable to the communities they serve.
Clarity
We demystify strategy, data, and AI—making complex tools simple, actionable, and relevant.
Collaboration
We work alongside our partners, not above them—blending human insight with adaptable tools for shared success.
Integrity
We prioritize ethical practices in everything we do—from how we use AI to how we show up for our clients and communities.
